The winners will be announced at our Rental Housing Awards Luncheon on October 10 at the Saskatoon Inn.

Property Manager of the Year: Amberlynn Jaques (Deveraux), Gladys Fehr (Colliers), Ishika Shukla (Weidner), and Era Shtino (Mainstreet).

Rental Housing Provider of the Year: Hazelview, Deveraux, Avenue, and REAL Canadian Property Management.

Customer Service Excellence: Gord Sinclair (Deveraux), Marcela Rojas (Weidner), Hazelview Properties Team, and Georgina Molodwan (Mainstreet).

On-Site Employee of the Year: Carrie Stade (Avana), Conrado Poblete (Deveraux), Lorena Ortiz (Hazelview), and Ziyu Huang (Mainstreet).

Rental Development of the Year: Ehrenburg Properties, and WestCliff Properties

Executive Leadership Award: Jamie McDougald (Deveraux), and Carla Browne (REAL Canadian Property Management).

Crime Prevention and Tenant Safety Presented by Crime Free Multi-Housing: Colliers, Weidner, Mainstreet, Tammy Vaadeland (Saskatoon Real Estate Services), and Dan Kierstead (Bethany Manor).

Off-Site Employee of the Year: Joshua Penn (Avana), Reena Holt (Deveraux), and Julianne McDowell (Avenue).

Service Member of the Year: Yardi Canada, SingleKey, and Air Excellence.
