The SKLA takes pride in operating ethically and our members abide by our SKLA-Code-of-Ethics.
Being a member of an industry association like SKLA gives you exclusive access to a group of like-minded individuals who are professional landlords, property managers, and stakeholders of the rental-housing industry. Memberships are for twelve months and begin once membership is approved.
We exist to represent the rights and interests of landlords. By promoting innovative practices, advocating for equitable legislation, and supporting our members, we work to help sustain a rental-housing industry that serves the needs of renters, owners, and managers.
We represent landlords and property managers that are large and small. Some of our members are the largest landlords in Western Canada in addition to small and medium sized landlords that only have 1 or 2 units.
