Dependable, Trustworthy, Loyal, Hardworking are a few words family, friends and colleagues use to describe Tim. Before devoting his full time to real-estate investing Tim earned his “Red Seal” journeyman certification in the plumbing trade. Along with his “Red Seal” certification, Tim is also a licensed gas fitter and enjoyed a successful career in the commercial HVAC industry.
Tim’s passion for real estate began at age 19 with his first purchase of investment property which lead to the co-founding of Stone Ridge Properties in 1997. Tim is also the owner and president of Hymark Development Group Ltd. Hymark has been enhancing homes and communities in the Prince Albert area since 2009. Over the past 20+ years in real estate Tim has used his passion to hone effective property management and investing skills. Tim volunteers his time to his community and industry by sitting on several Influential boards including the SKLA.
Chanda started her career in Property Management in 1999 working as an administrative clerk with a large Property Company in Saskatoon. During her time she worked in various departments from Administration to Human Resource while assisting in Operations. In 2010 an opportunity presented itself to Chanda in Operations and she moved to a growing company where she worked for 3 years while travelling between Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba as the Director of Operations. While the job was challenging and she loved it she also missed her family and took a position with a smaller landlord in Saskatoon in 2014 in Operations.
Chanda has worked with ICR Property Management since 2017, starting as a Residential Property Manager as well remains the Executive Officer of the Saskatchewan Landlord Association where she has held this position since 2001. Throughout her various career positions, she has gained experience in all areas of Property Management, Acquisitions, Budgeting, Project Management, Bylaw enforcement, and Provincial Laws. Chanda has a love for the industry and enjoys lobbying provincially for things that will improve Landlord Relations with other parties such as Office of Residential Tenancies, Minister of Justice and Social Services.
Chanda has her CPM, and ARM Designations through the Real Estate Institute of Canada, as well completed her course at SIAST in 2009 to obtain her Human Resource Diploma. She enjoys working and spending time with her family on her acreage just outside of Saskatoon where she sits on her Communities Council.
