Complaint Process

Complaints registered through this process are designed to alert the Association of a possible contravention of our bylaws, policies, or code of ethics. A complaint will be promptly investigated by the Association's Discipline Committee and disciplinary action will only be taken after an investigation has been conducted and the Member has been given the opportunity to be heard and/or correct any contravention. Please complete all sections to ensure the Committee has sufficient evidence to conduct an investigation.
